The MftaahTech Store team welcomes you and extends its gratitude for your trust. MftaahTech Store is committed to safeguarding customer rights, recognizing their importance. Therefore, the store strives to protect these rights by clearly outlining its Exchange and Return Policy. This policy is binding for both parties—the "Customer" and the "MftaahTech Store."

First: Exchange Policy
The customer has the right to exchange products under the following circumstances:

The activation key provided did not function properly.
An error occurred during the order, and the customer selected a software version different from the one suitable for their needs. In this case, the store will exchange the product, and the customer will bear any resulting price differences.
The product will be exchanged if an error was made by the MftaahTech team, resulting in the delivery of a product different from what the customer originally ordered.
Return Policy
Products may be returned if the MftaahTech Store fails to exchange the product for the customer. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Products cannot be returned if the customer has already used the activation key on their device.
If the customer makes an error during the order process, the product will be exchanged, but no refund will be issued.
Adobe products cannot be returned or exchanged. A confirmation screenshot showing that the invitation request was sent to the customer will be provided. In cases where an issue arises with the customer's email, the product cannot be refunded or the email changed.
